    Swiss Retail Federation has filed a formal complaint with the Swiss Competition Commission (WEKO) about payment service providers Twintalleging violation of Swiss competition law.

    According to the complaint, TWINT abused its relatively strong market position and metabolized it in its payments and its owners’ anti-competitive trademarks.

    It is said that your actions lead to excessive and financially unreasonable merchant fees, which is not only other industries in the retail sector (including hospitality).
