ASX-listed technology investment and consulting firm Scalare Partners will raise its position in Australia’s leading technology accelerator this week and acquires the tank flow laboratory and capital raising position for technology-focused workspace and commercial services providers.

Scalare has agreed to raise funds for $5.5 million to acquire Tank Flow Labs to fund the approval and raised $30 to $5 million to support this and future growth activities.

The acquisition is the fourth on scale since April 2023 and aims to strengthen its technology founder support ecosystem, which will reinvest in early-stage technology businesses.

By obtaining tank streams, Scale will deepen its footprint in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide and further embed its startup infrastructure in Australia by adding several significant benefits to its pre-existing technology ecosystem.

These include seven co-working locations, the In-depth Community Times, supporting the trail of top tech founders and the top tech leadership of CEO Bradley Delamare remains in place.

The acquisition also provides Scalare with enhanced transaction traffic from Tank Stream’s Afring startup community, expanding service delivery chapters to a wider audience, and an increased revenue stream of collaborative work and event operations through Tank Stream’s establishment, rather than size-scale investments and accelerator activities.

CEO Carolyn Breeze said Scalare’s continued expansion and integration strategy will continue to strengthen its position as Australia’s most comprehensive technology founder to support the ecosystem.

Carolyn Breeze, CEO of Scale Partners, said: “This acquisition shows Scalare an exciting step as we continue to acquire high-potential companies that expand a founder-centric product and service portfolio, strengthening consistency with our investment ecosystem and increasing re-realizable revenue and scalable growth.

“Tank Stream Labs has grown its own business for technology founder Asy. The ecosystem, which has built a huge reputation with incredible assistance, and we look forward to working with him and Tank Stream to drive greater impact in the technology ecosystem.”

“The competition with the Joing forces of Scalers and other businesses, such as Inhouse Ventures, Ms. Tech Ready and Australia’s technology, is a natural development for Tank Stream Labs. It will play a key role in expanding the scale of operations and detailed Tank Stream Labs as Australia’s leading technical support business.”

Scalare has expanded from its initial support program in 2020 to $1.3 million in 2024 Cracst’s product and service revenue, while building a portfolio of 30 portfolios worth $10.7 million.

Tank Steam Labs has revenue of $9.7 million, with an estimated $12.1 million in fiscal 2025.
