Digital BX You have appointed Samuel Bisig as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Executive Committee.

In this position, he will lead the company’s technology strategy, oversee IT operations, and continue to develop its digital infrastructure.

Bisig joined BX Digital in early 2022 as an external consulting and was nominated as Head of Technology in July 2024.

During this period, you played a central role in the design and development of the company’s trading and settlement platform for distributed ledger technology (DLT).

I support a background in technology development, innovative management and strategic leadership.

Prior to Joing BX Digital, Bisig served as senior volumes in global IT consulting firms SE and Heidelberg Instruments Nano AG.

He also contributed to research projects at IBM Research, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

His specialization includes IT architecture, software engineering and DLT protocols.

He holds a degree in materials science and engineering from Eth Zurich and completed his Executive MBA in 2023 from the Quantic School of Business Technology in Washington, D.C.
